FAQs

FAQs

Q: Is there a trip charge and, of so, why?

A: Yes and no. Whats does that mean? It means that we charge a $85 ('trip') fee to go to your home to diagnose the problem that you are having with your appliance (and an additional $50 per additional appliance if there are multiple appliances with problems). That covers our labor, fuel costs, etc. However, if we repair the problem with the appliance(s) for you, we will absorb those costs and not charge you the trip fee.

Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A: We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (all major networks).

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes - we are fully insured, including if we are injured on your property.

Q: Is your work insured?

A: Yes. We warranty all of our work.

Q: Do you use new or used/rebuilt parts?

A: All of our parts are new and OEM approved parts.

Q: What brands do you service?

A: We service all major brands, including: Admiral, Amana, Asko, Bosch, Caloric, Dacor, Estate, Frigidaire, GE, Gibson, Hotpoint, Jenn-Air, Kelvinator, Kitchenaid, LG, Magic Chef, Maytag, Miele, Northland, Philco, Roper, Samsung, Sanyo, Scotsman, Sears, Signature, Sub-Zero, Tappan, Thermador, Trauslen, True, Viking, Westinghouse, Whirlpool, Wolf.
