It goes back a ways - starting when Heritage Appliance Repairs's owner, Albert Clayton, was eight years old and repaired his parents broken refrigerator. Today Heritage has been servicing the Northeast Georgia area for over 20 years. We're proud that we've stayed a small, family owned business during that time. While we see some of our competitors out there on the road with lots of trucks and technicians, we still get a lot of calls from people that have contacted these larger firms and end up hiring us because:
- They don't service their brand of appliance(s)
- They can't get part
- They can't repair the unit but want to sell them a new appliance
- They are not available to look at the broken appliance for days
- They want to charge a trip charge and a separate fee to fix the appliance at a later date
- They simply charge too much
